our roots
Rooted in Creation. Grown in Curiosity.
At Fielden, we believe learning comes alive when it’s rooted in the real world - in fields, barns, and backyards.
Our name means “of the fields,” and that’s exactly where we begin: in the wide-open spaces where curiosity grows, truth takes root, and God’s handiwork is everywhere you look. Our enrichment courses invite families to explore agriculture, creation, and the deep connection between the world around us and the One who made it.
The Creator Is the Curriculum
What we believe - and why it matters
Our Mission
Based on Genesis 1 and Romans 1:20, we believe that learning about creation leads us closer to the Creator.
Our Vision
To raise up curious, grounded students who engage the world around them through faith, wonder, and wisdom.
Our Why
We don’t separate “subjects” from real life - or real life from faith. This is learning the way it was meant to be.
Learning Together. Side by Side.
Fielden is designed for the whole family. Meaningful learning happens together. Your “adventure at-home” activities were created to be inclusive of every stage and are adaptable so they will continue to challenge and inspire your students as they grow.
Designed for Every Stage
-

GATHERERS | Pre School- 5th
Collects, observes, and learns from everyone around them.
They soak it all in - even the parts you don’t expect. Curiosity starts early, and Fielden helps nurture it.
Kids are naturally curious and wide-eyed - eager to explore, ask questions, and get their hands into everything. Fielden meets them right where they are with age-appropriate content and real-world visuals that help them connect what they’re learning to the world around them.
Whether they’re fascinated by animals, tractors, or just love getting outside, these lessons plant seeds of understanding that will grow over time - all while pointing them back to the Creator.
-

GROWERS | 6th - 8th
Tends, cares for, and develops critical thinking skills they will start to use daily.
These in-between years are all about discovery.
Pre-teens are beginning to think more deeply, connect ideas across subjects, and explore what truly interests them. Fielden is geared toward this specific phase of life - offering content that helps them see how “school subjects” show up in the real world and inspire new passions.
Whether it’s math in machinery, biology in livestock care, or communication through storytelling, this is when learning starts to feel personal - and purposeful. And through it all, they’ll see how God’s design ties it all together.
-

HARVESTERS | 9th - 12th
Starts leading others by putting problem-solving skills into practice.
Teenagers are beginning to see the big picture - how subjects once learned in isolation start to overlap, integrate, and take on real-world meaning.
Fielden meets them in this important phase with content that encourages reflection, problem-solving, and curiosity about how the world works - and how God’s truth is evident in every detail.
From agriculture and science to ethics, stewardship, and systems thinking, teens are invited into a learning experience that respects their maturity while challenging them to see beyond the classroom.
Cultivators
Parents and Teachers - we see you!
At Fielden, we believe the best kind of learning doesn’t happen in isolation - and that includes adults, too.
These courses are designed for families to experience agriculture through the lens of the Creator. Whether you're a homeschooling parent, caregiver, or teacher, you'll find that Fielden gives you the tools to guide, engage, and grow alongside your students with minimal prep work required.
Each lesson is packed with opportunities for connection: thought-provoking discussion questions, hands-on activities, and faith-based reflections that bring truth to life. You don’t need to be an expert in agriculture - just willing to be present, curious, and open to learning side-by-side.
Eight Ways to Learn at Home
Each lesson includes eight at-home activities designed for every stage of learning. These invite you outside, spark movement and creativity, and guide rich conversations around what you’re studying. Some weeks you’ll weave in music; other times you’ll dig into a simple STEAM project. Every activity is flexible and easily adapted - because learning grows best when it’s rooted at home.
